My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately, they could get noisy due to car and bus traffic as well as other guests sometimes being loud. The lack of a view, just a dirty brick wall, was quite disappointing. However, the service was outstanding, especially from lovely and helpful staff members like Dave and Alison. The location was perfect for exploring Swansea, being central with easy access to shopping and dining options. The dining experience was average, with limited choices at a higher price compared to nearby eateries. Overall, a mixed experience but with some great highlights.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious, bright, and clean with a nice city view, and the location in central Swansea was convenient and affordable. However, there was a slight issue with a smell coming from the bathroom area, and a couple of lights were not working. The service was friendly, though not exceptionally helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the town, close to the marina and sea, but it could get a bit rowdy at times. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not remarkable, despite the friendly staff. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located on the high street, just off the main street, which was perfect as I was traveling to a sunny holiday right after. The rooms were good and comfy, exactly what I expect from a cheaper hotel. The service, despite the difficult time for the hotel, was polite and helpful, especially the receptionist and duty staff handling a problem with another guest.
